Knit Patchwork Blanket

Finished size:
30” x 32”

Materials: Worsted weight yarn
                 Size 10½ straight knitting needles (#2) or 29” circular knitting needle
                 Markers
                
Gauge: In Stockinette Stitch – 14 sts and 18 rows = 4”

Directions:
   Cast on 92 sts.

   Rows 1-6: Knit across.

   Row 7 (Right side): K4, place marker, K12, place marker, * (YO, K2tog) 6 times, place marker, K12, place marker: repeat from * 2 times , K4.

   Row 8: K4, P12, * (YO, P2tog) 6 times, P12: repeat from * 2 times, K4.

   Rows 9-22: Repeat Rows 7 and 8, 7 times.

   Row 23: K4, (YO, K2tog) 6 times, * K12, (YO, K2tog) 6 times): repeat from * 2 times, K4.

   Row 24: K4, (YO, P2tog) 6 times, * P12, (YO, P2tog) 6 times: repeat from * 2 times. K4.

   Rows 25-38: Repeat Rows 23 and 24, 7 times.

   Repeat rows 7-38 for pattern 3 times.

   Last 6 Rows: Knit across.

   Bind off all sts in knit.
