chain 25

row 1 --- dc in 3rd ch from hook & in each of the other ch's.

row 2 --- ch 2, turn, dc in each st of previous row.

rows 3-9 --- repeat row 2

border --- sc in each st of last & first rows, evenly sc on both sides, 3sc in the two  corners without ties.  when you work the two corners for the ties work 1 sc, then work 35 to 50 chains, work loose sl st in each chain & continue working around bib.

*notes ---  add or subtract sts or rows depending on how large or small that you want the bib.
 
            ---  when using 4 ply yarn use a H or I hook - when using 3 ply or baby yarn use a G hook.

          ---  bib can also be made using sc or hdc for body of bib, needing to add more rows.
